It\’s light enough to maneuver around the stovetop, oven, and grill, while retaining the bottom heft needed for high-heat searing.
NATURALLY NONSTICK & NONTOXIC: Field cast iron come pre-seasoned with organic grapeseed oil. As you cook your seasoning will develop a shiny nonstick patina without any toxic chemicals.
100% MADE IN THE USA: Our cast iron is made in American from start to finish and poured using green sand castings—just like the most celebrated American vintage cast iron manufacturers, Griswold and Wagner.
WORKS ON ALL COOKTOPS & GRILLS: Compatible with all stovetop burner types, including gas, electric, glass and ceramic induction ranges.
SUSTAINABLY PRODUCED & ISO CERTIFIED: Scrap iron is remelted for future pours and sand from the castings is continuously cycled back into production with zero waste. Every iron pour at our foundry is sampled and tested to ensure the highest standards.
